The procedure for manufacturing an individual implant RBB (Russian Bone Blocks):

Drawing up technical specifications for modeling. For professionals in any region of Russia.
Creating a three-dimensional model of an individual product.
It takes only 1 day.
Adjustment of the block model (if necessary).
Cutting out products, sterilization.
Approximately 10-15 business days.
Photographing the progress of the operation.
While available only in St. Petersburg and Moscow. Saving a clinical case on a global server. Always available all the information about the case.
Providing all materials of a clinical case to a doctor (cuts of CT, block models, photos at all stages).

The cost of manufacturing an individual implant (approximate calculation):

File processing - 5 000 rubles.
Includes file storage, modeling, photographing operations and remote results.
Manufacturing products - 35 000 rubles. (including sterilization and delivery).
The cost depends on the size and complexity of the shape of the product, the number of “risk zones”: 0-1-2-3 and more.
Additional components: Demineralized compact bone powder. Gel and mouth rinse, photographing the stages of treatment, histological examination. 6500 rubles.
Screws, screwdriver, drill, wrench and other surgical instruments should be available from the doctor.
In the manufacture of compound blocks using the puzzle technology, each subsequent RBB block segment is 20,000 rubles. In all cases, the cost is finally determined after drawing up a technical task based on 3D-CT and creating three-dimensional models of the jaws, block (s), counter teeth, and future implants.

The blocks are made on a special industrial CAD / CAM machine on the basis of the Samara Tissue Bank and the Institute of Innovative Development of the Samara State Medical University.
